Education and Training
ChoiceCRM offers a variety of education services to assist you in your day-to-day box office needs.
Your initial training will last approximately three to five business days, depending on the number of staff who require training and how you plan to use ChoiceCRM. Our installation specialists can provide you with on-site or web-based training. Your agenda will be customized to fit your organization and the individuals you need to train. You will learn how to efficiently accomplish everything you need, from selling a ticket, to series and events creation, balancing reports, interpreting management reports, setting up affinity codes, as well as a myriad of other important functions and features.
We offer a monthly newsletter that highlights best practices, informational tips and tricks, software updates, and new features available within the ChoiceCRM platform.
We give our customers the ability to attend webinar sessions to refresh on functionality used rarely, discuss hot button issues in the industry, learn best practices, and provide a forum for discussion with other users. ChoiceCRM is continuously creating videos to train or refresh individuals on different aspects of the system. These videos cover various areas of the system, including but not limited to Series and Event creation, online configuration, and sales.
The ChoiceCRM overview manual is available to all clients directly within their ChoiceCRM software for ease of access. The overview manual includes instructions for various areas of the system, pictures and definitions, and best practices for a variety of features.
