Subscription Ticketing
With the ability
to handle almost any type of subscription ticket sale, Choice Ticketing's
ability to handle Subscriptions is powerful yet flexible, sophisticated
but simple to use. Some of the key Subscription features:
Multiple Types
of Series
- Four different types of series can be created: Full, Mini, Split and Flex
- A Full Series option allows for the sale of all events within a series.
- A Mini Series option allows for the sale of a specific number of events within a series.
- A Split Series option allows for the placement of a specific performance in multiple types of series.
- A Flex Series option allows for a "pick-your-own-plan" in which any number of seats to any number of events can be packaged together.
Seat Charts
- Seat
charts are completely user-defined and can display up to 4,000 seats.
In addition, you can build events with an unlimited number of seating
charts, allowing Choice to handle very large venues.
- For subscription
and season ticket sales, Choice displays one composite map which calculates
the seat availability for all events and creates a single unified map
showing the seat status for each seat within the Series. These composite
maps are created for both full and mini series when all events take
place in the same venue.
- Graphic symbols
indicate the seat status, including, among others, "R" (renewal
hold), "S" (same seat subscription), "B" (better
seat requested subscription), "N" (new subscription), "E"
(series exchange), "X" (single ticket sale), "G"
(group sale), "P" (complimentary), "C" (consignment),
"H" (hold), and "W" (wheelchair seat).
Series Management
Subscription Renewals
Renewal set-up is
a breeze, with Choice automatically placing your subscriber's seats on
renewal hold waiting to be renewed for the upcoming season.
- Print renewal notices
on an individual or batch basis, using
any number of convenient formats, as many times as you wish throughout
the renewal season.
- Track subscribers
who request better seating.
- Renewals, new subscriptions
and single ticket sales can all be processed simultaneously!
