Member Information

For those organizations that utilize a membership software program to either augment or replace its fund raising efforts, Choice allows for the creation of an unlimited number of different types of memberships with its flexible and scalable Membership Software module.

For each individual Member, you can track:

• Membership Start Date
• Membership Renewal Date
• Type of Member (Individual, Corporate, Small Business, etc…)
• Source of Membership
• Employee Responsible for Membership
• Next Contact Date
• General or Specific Notes

Accounting and Reporting

Just as in any successful business operation, Membership requires strong accounting and reporting. In this regard, Choice offers a complete membership accounting and reporting system that guarantees accurate and timely information.

And because the Ticketing and Membership modules are integrated, you have the ability to leverage those customers who have purchased tickets directly into your membership drive. For example, you can find out who has purchased tickets but has yet to become a member, or conversely review a list of active members who have yet to purchase tickets. And when it comes time to solicit members, you can see complete ticket and membership history on one solicitation form.

Membership features a complete set of reports that give you better control and valuable insight into how membership pledges and donations are progressing. Also valuable is the ability to identify select sets of members based on past membership history, member interests, or demographics, giving you the ability to communicate with and market to these members via mail merge technology.
