Integration

Our integrated fund raising software helps to bring in dollars for theater fund development and other non-profit fund development initiatives. Most not-for-profit organizations do not have the luxury of depending solely on ticket sales for survival; in some cases up to half, or even more, of the company's revenue comes from unearned income. And in order to maximize the ability to raise this income, an integrated software package is essential.

Choice is one of the only software packages on the market today in which Ticketing, Fundraising, Membership and Volunteer Management modules are truly integrated into one system. Transactions and Accounting

• Unlimited number of user-defined funds and campaigns
• Pledges can be divided into up to twelve user-defined payments, all of which can be individually invoiced
• Donations can be made as part of the ticket order, as an individual gift, or as payment of a previous pledge
• Choice automatically tracks the total sum of donations for the Current Year, Last Year, and all Previous Years
• Complete financial tracking of all transactions

Reporting and Target Marketing Tools

Accurately entering and tracking the financial information is only half the battle when attempting to increase unearned revenue. Choice gives you the ability to know:

• The amount pledged or donated to a particular fund, a group of funds, or all funds
• The amount pledged or donated within a specific dollar range
• The amount pledged or donated within a specific period of time
• Who donated last year, but not this year
• Who has not fulfilled their pledge
• How the donor wants to be acknowledged in the program book
• Which pledges or donations qualify for matching grants
• Which pledges or donations were made in memorial or in honorarium
• Which pledges or donations were made for a specific or restricted use
• Which pledges or donations were a result of a personal solicitation
• Which pledges or donations were a result of a specific campaign, function or mailing

And because the Ticketing and Fundraising modules are integrated, Choice gives you the ability to leverage those customers who purchase tickets in your fundraising efforts. It is absolutely vital to identify:

• Ticket Buyers who are not Donors
• Donors who are not Ticket Buyers
• Complete ticket and donation history on one solicitation form
• Select sets of donors based on past donation history, donor interests, or demographics, giving you the ability to communicate with and market to these donors via mail merge technology

Last but not least, Choice is a completely open system, allowing you to develop your own reports and interface with many other software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, report writers, demographic mapping software, mailing software and financial software.

Donor Contact Management

Fundraising is a sales function, and it is rare to "make the sale" on the very first call. To improve your odds, Choice allows you to maintain an extensive array of information on your donors and their family members, giving you the ability to understand their circumstances, their individual interests and priorities.

In response to those needs, Choice:

• Alerts you when to contact specific donors on specific dates, giving you the ability to stay in touch with a large group of donors in a prompt and professional manner
• Keeps track of the need to send specific pieces of literature to assist your various campaigns
