On-Line Credit Card
Authorization

This optional module allows you to automatically authorize your credit card orders directly through Choice Ticketing software.

Software

Using XCharge, Choice Ticketing Systems On-Line Credit Card (OLCC) preferred credit card authorization software gateway, all transaction revenue will be processed using Global Payment Systems and sent to your bank at the conclusion of each day. If required, Choice will also interface with ICVerify, which will work with all major verification services that might be used by your bank, including VisaNet, NaBANCO, NDC, MAPP and Fifth Third.

Hardware

In order to run Choice's OLCC software you will need to add a PC (referred to as the "Credit Card Server") to your network with the following minimum specifications.

• 486 33Mhz CPU
• 16 MB Memory
• 120 MB Hard Drive
• 10/100 MBit Network Card
• US Robitics 56k Modem
• Windows 95
• Dedicated analog telephone line
• Dual Track Credit Card "Swipes" are optional

How It Works

1. Once the operator enters the credit card information into the Choice payment screen, this information is routed over the network to the Credit Card Server.
2. The OLCC software translates the data into a language that your bank's verification service understands and sends the data via broadband connection
3. The bank authorizes the transaction and sends its own data back over the modem to the Credit Card Server
4. The OLCC software translates the bank information back into a language that Choice understands and sends the data over the network to the operator's workstation
5. Choice displays the approval number and the AVS ("Address Verification System") response, prints the credit card receipt and the sale is completed!

The Cost

• $2,500 for a 3 User License, which includes a network version of ICVerify
• $300 for each additional license
• $250 per optional credit card swipe
• All other expenses (hardware, modem, phone line) are the responsibility of the client
