Education Services

Typically, our installation specialist will arrive on-site and spend four full days educating the staff on the features, functionality, and benefits of Choice. The agenda is based on needs and developed during planning sessions done before the installation specialist arrives on site.

Clients will learn the basics and have the full attention of the installation specialist for the week. Specifically, clients will learn everything from selling a ticket to developing a familiarity with creating series and events, balancing daily reports, interpreting management reports, setting up affinity codes, and a myriad of other important functions.


Webinars

As part of our support offering, we provide our customers the ability to attend webinar sessions to refresh on functionality used rarely, discuss hot button issues in the industry, learn best practices, and provide a forum for discussion with other users.
