When the ticket buyer purchases tickets, memberships, or gives a donation, the order is authorized by your credit card processor. This allows the revenue to be immediately captured and deposited in your bank account, in contrast to most other Service Bureau or Internet Sales operations which collect the money and then pay you at a later date. Once the authorization is complete, the patron is given a confirmation number and the order information is updated in the Choice Box Office software. The patron can choose among mail, will call, or print at home as delivery options, and the box office can control the fee's for each delivery method. In other words, the Internet simply becomes an automated box office window on the Choice system.

Cost will depend on the size and scope of your system needs. Typically, there is a minimal one time set-up fee to create your private label web pages, graphical overviews and seating charts; and a per ticket fee for all orders serviced through Choice.Net. The final implementation total depends upon the size of your venue and number of custom configurations required. The Box Office has total control over the fee's the ticket buyer pays and often times can cover our fee and generate an additional profit center while still maintaining a fair convenience fee to the ticket buyer.
